Today, for the first time I heard about a new subject, LIGHT POLLUTION. I was turning pages of magazine "National Geographic" at State Central Libraby, Kolkata situated near Bidhannagar. I never heard or studied of this pollution from any one earlier.

As one can see the pic of Light Pollution. Light pollution in the broad sense refers to any nighttime artificial light that shines where it's not needed.
